IM NAYEON is the solo debut mini album by Nayeon of TWICE, released June 24, 2022 via JYP Entertainment and Republic Records โ€” making her the first TWICE member to release a solo Korean album. The title is a double meaning: a play on the near-identical spelling of her surname (Im) and the contraction "I'm," framing the album as a self-introduction. It comes in four versions โ€” I'm, Na, Yeon, and Pop โ€” each containing a photobook, CD, envelope, 1 polaroid photocard (1 of 4), 1 clear postcard (1 of 4), 1 business card (1 of 4), 1 interview poster (1 of 4), and 2 photocards (2 of 12). Pre-order first press copies included a holder and sticker. A limited edition vinyl in Pop Pink (Target exclusive) followed on November 18, 2022. The 7-track pop record spans R&B, disco, jazz, dance, and ballad, featuring collaborations with Felix of Stray Kids on English-language disco-pop track "No Problem" and Korean rapper Wonstein on "Love Countdown" โ€” both co-written by Nayeon herself, along with "All or Nothing." The album surpassed 500,000 pre-orders before release โ€” the highest by any female soloist in 2022 at that point โ€” debuted at #1 on the Circle Album Chart, and peaked at #7 on the Billboard 200, making Nayeon the first South Korean soloist to enter the chart's top 10. It was certified KMCA 2ร— Platinum by November 2022.
