#TWICE4 is TWICE's 4th Japanese compilation album, released March 16, 2022 via Warner Music Japan as part of the group's 5th anniversary celebrations since their Japan debut. The 8-track album pairs Japanese and Korean versions of four songs from the Eyes Wide Open and Formula of Love eras: "I Can't Stop Me," "Cry For Me," "Alcohol-Free," and "Scientist." The Japanese version of "Scientist" served as the lead promotional single, pre-released digitally March 2 with an accompanying MV. The physical release comes in three versions: Limited A (CD + 80-page photobook, 1 of 9 ID cards, 1 of 10 trading card, serial number, anniversary sealing stamp-style seal), Limited B (CD + DVD featuring MVs and making-of footage for "More & More," "I Can't Stop Me," and "Scientist" in both languages plus jacket shoot making, 1 of 10 trading card, serial number, Wappen emblem sticker), and Regular (CD, 1 of 10 trading card on first press, serial number, trading card deco seal). All first-press editions included a serial number for TWICE's Japan Debut 5th Anniversary Project, offering 555 premium ticket prizes. A vinyl LP edition was also released. The album debuted at #1 on the Oricon Albums Chart, making TWICE the first foreign female artist to achieve eight #1 albums on that chart, breaking the record previously held by BoA. Digitally, the album was released as a Japanese-language-only EP.
