"BETTER" is TWICE's 7th Japanese maxi single, released November 18, 2020 via Warner Music Japan — announced just one week after #TWICE3 topped the Oricon charts, keeping up a notably dense Japanese release schedule that year. It comes in four versions: First Press Limited Edition A (CD + DVD featuring the MV and MV making film), First Press Limited Edition B (CD + DVD featuring the jacket shoot making film), Regular Edition (CD), and a ONCE JAPAN fanclub edition (CD). The single carries 4 tracks: "BETTER," original B-side "Scorpion," and instrumentals of both — making "Scorpion" a single-exclusive track notable for collectors, as it doesn't appear on the Perfect World album.
