Feel Special is TWICE's 8th Mini Album, released September 23, 2019. It comes in three versions (A, B, C), each containing a version-specific 88-page photobook and cover, a random CD (1 of 9), a Lyrics Paper (1 of 9), 5 photocards (randomly drawn from 90 total), and a Gold Photocard (1 of 9) — the latter being a foil-finished member card that was new to this era and is a standout inclusion for collectors. A 10-card pre-order photocard set was available per version. The album features 7 tracks, with all nine members credited as lyric writers across the tracklist — a notable milestone for the group's creative involvement — and closes with the Korean version of "Breakthrough" as a bonus track. Despite member Mina sitting out public promotions due to an anxiety disorder, she participated in the recording and MV filming, and her individual version cover was included as normal. The album broke TWICE's own first-week Hanteo record with over 151,000 copies sold, and the title track hit #1 on Billboard World Digital Song Sales. The companion monograph (150p photobook + 9 member photocards in a back-cover pouch) was released January 21, 2020, documenting the album jacket shoot and the "Feel Special" MV production.
