#TWICE2 is TWICE's second Japanese compilation album, released March 6, 2019 via Warner Music Japan. It collects both the Korean originals and newly recorded Japanese versions of five title tracks from the 2017โ€“2018 era: "Likey," "Heart Shaker," "What Is Love?," "Dance the Night Away," and "Yes or Yes," with "Likey (Japanese ver.)" serving as the album's lead track. It comes in three physical versions: Standard Edition (CD only), First Press Limited Edition A (CD + photobook), and Limited Edition B (CD + DVD) โ€” mirroring the format of its predecessor #TWICE. The album debuted at #1 on the Oricon daily chart with nearly 96,000 copies sold on its first day, breaking TWICE's own record for highest first-day album sales among K-pop girl groups in Japan. First-week sales topped 200,000 copies โ€” the first foreign female artist album to reach that milestone since Kara's Super Girl in 2011 โ€” and the album earned RIAJ Platinum certification. Its release coincided with the announcement of TWICE's Dome Tour 2019 "#Dreamday," which made them the first Korean girl group to perform a Japanese dome tour. A release event was held on March 24, 2019 at Intex Osaka, where exclusive #TWICE2 goods were sold to fans in attendance. An LP version was later issued on September 27, 2023.
